To ensure we can put things right as soon as we can, please follow our complaints procedure below and we will respond promptly to ensure complete satisfaction.
- After the completion of the work, please inspect the work to ensure everything has been carried out as per your requirements.
- In an unlikely event, if there is anything you are not completely satisfied with, please contact us as soon as soon as possible. We can rectify the problem immediately.
- Where we cannot resolve any complaints using our own complaints procedure, then we use Dispute Resolution Ombudsman for dispute resolution.
